I love to eat almost as much as I love to hike. Another series I’m doing in 2016 for the Arizona Republic is Dining Around Arizona. Each month I travel to a different part of the state and eat like crazy and write about some of my favorite spots. I’m always on the lookout for new places that may be a little under the radar so that’s often I what I focus on in these stories.
